The reason GIDI raises money so we can give those funds to those who can best utilize the help. Here are a few things we have done recently:
Donation to Korle Bu Teaching Hospital
In 2020 GIDI donated personal protective equipment (PPE) to the Medical Laboratory at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Ghana, led by Mr. Isaac Owens.
Donation to Ghanaian Embassy
Also in 2020, the Global Infectious Disease Institute donated funds to the Ghanaian embassy in support of their fight against Covid-19.
